Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Since custom orders need to be approved beforehand by the customer, custom orders of any sort are not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund by check within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the refund check to reach you.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, or if you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 5 days of receiving your item. Please return it to is in new, unused condition with a note requesting an exchange for another item. To avoid confusion and error, it is best to phone us at 260-739-6882 to let us know what is being returned and which item you are requesting in exchange.

If the error was on our part, we will refund the shipping required to return the item to us and will pay the postage to mail you the correct item. 

If you, upon receiving an item you ordered, change your mind and wish to exchange the item, we will gladly exchange the item but you will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Occasionally there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Orders are shipped by weight, with the amount automatically charged reflecting United States current postal rates for first class mail. Those requiring out of the USA shipping or expedited shipping will be asked to provide extra shipping in the amount needed to ship your products to the address you provide. You will be able to provide extra shipping fees through the Add More Shipping Option. Please contact us if you need expedited or overseas shipping. 

Items with free shipping will be shipped free to United States of America locations. Those ordering "Free Shipping Items", but who need their orders shipped outside of the United States, will be asked to pay only the additional shipping above and beyond the cost of shipping to USA locations. Again, we will contact you about the additional shipping needed.

Handling

All orders, no matter their size, incur a dollar handling fee. Please note that this is a dollar per order, not a dollar per item.
